Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
• Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures warehousing functions run smoothly.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance distribution center performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates alignment of the distribution center for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures associates maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and productivity reports.
