McLane Co. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, ensuring efficient staffing, training, safety, and on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adherence to standard operating procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, and maintaining records while upholding safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and managing shifts and hiring processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates in the distribution center.
• Communicate information between teams and leadership.
• Address teammate concerns and follow up on issues.
• Ensure procedures meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Create schedules and manage departmental paperwork.
• Provide training and coaching to teammates as needed.
• Enforce distribution center policies and ensure safe operations.
• Be trained and certified to operate required equipment within 30 days.
