You will establish schedules, train staff, and implement department procedures with a focus on cost control and operational excellence. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of distribution warehouse experience and leadership ability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2 years of distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff.
• Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate leadership by example.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate company information to teammates.
• Address and follow up on teammate concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership for alignment.
• Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.
