The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, with strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills. Proficiency in MS Office and forklift operation is preferred; OSHA-safe practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and schedule staff; ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads the DC warehouse team to provide excellent customer service supporting operations and sales.
• Schedules workforce to meet staffing and service needs; fills in for other DC roles.
• Maintains responsibility for the physical plant, cleanliness, and security.
• Directs DC programs in line with business plans and budget goals.
• Supports monthly financial reviews and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensures safety, health, and environmental policies are followed by all staff.
