Responsibilities

• Lead the DC warehouse team to deliver excellent service.
• Prepare and present capabilities materials to customers.
• Ensure adherence to customer agreements and resolve delivery issues.
• Schedule staffing to meet service needs and cover for others as needed.
• Maintain the physical plant, cleanliness, and security of the DC.
• Develop and implement DC programs aligned with business plans.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reviews, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safety policies and ensure employee participation.
