Job summary

TBC Distribution Center is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring SOPs are followed and safety is prioritized. You will supervise shipping, receiving, and inventory, while coordinating with leadership to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong people management, logistics know-how, and a commitment to asset protection. Candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience in distribution or transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control.
• Lead picking, packing, and loading to ensure accuracy and SOP adherence.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Protect company assets and maintain facility, equipment and vehicles.
