Job summary

Schurman Executive Recruiting is seeking a Supervisor to lead a distribution production team of 10–15 associates, with potential relocation for future promotions.

The role includes training, mentoring, planning labor and production hours, and driving lean continuous improvement while upholding safety and the company values.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of front-line leadership in distribution/fulfillment, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and experience with WMS/TMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-line leadership experience in a distribution/fulfillment center.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven record of continuous improvement and developing associates for promotion.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and Excel; Red Prairie or JDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 associates and 1–2 leads.
• Train, develop, and mentor associates.
• Plan and manage labor and production hours.
• Promote a safety-first culture and uphold company values.
• Identify and lead lean continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.
