You will report to a Department Operations Manager and support lean initiatives, training, and performance management while ensuring accurate product receipt and order fulfilment. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to deliver results, manage multiple tasks, and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in a function with 20–25 staff.
• Drive safety and compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and local standards.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate performance of associates.
• Lead LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support product receipt and order fulfilment.
• Meet targets for the area and track departmental metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments and share learnings.
