Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee a designated distribution center, driving performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, and continuous improvement. You will lead with our core values, develop teams, and ensure efficient inbound/outbound operations.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in a DC setting, with hands-on use of warehouse equipment, and a degree preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience will be considered in-lieu-of degree.
• 5+ years' supervisory experience in a distribution center environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, trucks).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Distribution Center to advance the XLP/TPH Vision and Mission, adhering to the Core Values consistently.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of inbound deliveries, meeting dock to stock KPI goals.
• Ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of outbound orders, meeting delivery KPI goals.
• Oversee and direct safety programs to ensure the well-being of associates, equipment, and property.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Develop work plans, manage staffing levels and labor costs, and optimize workforce retention.
