Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH), a Marubeni Group company, is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Texas to oversee a DC's performance, safety, and customer service. You will work with Assistants and the Regional Manager to drive KPI achievement.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound accuracy, dock-to-stock, safety programs, regulatory compliance, budget and labor optimization, and developing team leadership. Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' supervisory experience in a distribution center.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience will be considered in-lieu-of degree.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (trucks, stock pickers, forklifts).
• Ability to develop work plans and manage staffing and labor costs.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DC to meet KPI goals and uphold core values.
• Oversee inbound deliveries and dock-to-stock accuracy.
• Ensure outbound fulfillment meets delivery KPI goals.
• Direct safety programs to protect associates and assets.
• Manage budget and P&L for operations.
• Develop staffing plans and optimize labor costs.
• Identify training needs and lead team development.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and government regulations.
