Job summary

Etna Supply in Michigan is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee a 90+ person operation and a large delivery fleet. You will lead through a team of managers, supervisors, and team leaders to drive safe, accurate, and dependable service.

You will set priorities for safety and productivity, align staffing with customer needs, and build accountability on the floor. This role requires visible leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to turn daily challenges into measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership or operational experience preferred.
• Experience supervising warehouse, distribution, logistics, or delivery operations strongly desired.
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Powered industrial equipment certification or ability to obtain certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, yard, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations with safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service as priorities.
• Develop and lead a workforce of 90+ employees, focusing on coaching, performance management, training, and accountability.
• Align staffing, schedules, and workloads with order volume and delivery requirements.
• Oversee delivery scheduling, route coordination, driver assignments, and fleet readiness.
• Establish consistent receiving, storage, picking, loading, inventory counts, returns, and transfers; drive accuracy improvements.
