Job summary

Etna Supply is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Grand Rapids, MI to lead a 90+ person operation and a large delivery fleet. You will set clear priorities for safety, productivity, and service while guiding a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

You will drive staffing alignment, resource planning, and everyday performance improvements, maintaining a visible floor presence and enforcing accountability to meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership or operational roles in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience supervising warehouse, distribution, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Powered industrial equipment certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, yard, shipping, receiving, and delivery operations with safety and accuracy as priorities.
• Lead and develop a workforce of 90+ employees; coach and manage performance.
• Align staffing and workloads with order volume and delivery requirements.
• Oversee delivery scheduling, route coordination, and fleet readiness.
• Establish inventory controls and improve order accuracy.
