Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a dedicated Lead to direct and coach production employees in a manufacturing environment. You will oversee order picking, replenishment, and processing orders while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires coaching skills, strong communication, and the ability to monitor performance and production goals. You’ll be responsible for maintaining organization and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• 2-3 years general labor experience.
• 2 years lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach employees to meet production goals.
• Oversee order picking, replenishing, and processing orders.
• Train and evaluate team performance and correct errors.
• Create BOLs and bills of lading for orders.
• Maintain organization and cleaning of the work area.
