Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a hands-on associate to oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders in our warehouse. You will schedule pick-ups, train and coach team members, and monitor performance to meet production goals while ensuring accurate bills of lading and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of general labor experience; lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• 2–3 years general labor experience.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
• Schedule pick-up.
• Train and coach employees.
• Monitor performance and production goals.
• Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual.
• Create BOLs and bill orders.
• Perform computer tasks and run reports.
• Ensure processes and policies are followed.
• Identify and correct production issues.
• Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of area.
