Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a DC Lead to direct warehouse staff, oversee order picking, replenishment, and scheduling, and coach team members for safe, efficient operations.

You will monitor performance, correct errors, and create shipping documents while ensuring policy compliance and a clean, organized work area. High school diploma and 2–3 years general labor experience are required, with lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• 2–3 years general labor experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach employees on warehouse tasks.
• Oversee order picking, replenishing, moving product and processing orders.
• Schedule pick-ups and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Train and coach staff; monitor performance and production goals.
• Correct errors and escalate to the proper supervisor.
• Create BOLs and bills of orders; run computer reports.
• Ensure processes and policies are followed and identify production issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace.
