Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach employees.
• Oversee order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.

• Train and coach employees.
• Monitor performance and production goals.
• Correct errors and escalate to the proper individual.
• Create BOLs and bills of orders.
• Perform computer tasks and run reports.
• Ensure processes and polices are being followed.
• Identify and correct production issues.
