Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a hands-on team lead to oversee order picking, replenishment and movement of products, while scheduling pick-ups and coaching staff. You will monitor performance, correct issues, and ensure policies are followed.

Responsibilities include creating BOLs, running reports, and keeping the work area organized and safe. Required: 2–3 years general labor experience, high school equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• 2-3 years general labor experience or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
• Schedules pick-ups and coordinates with team.
• Train and coach employees; monitor performance and production goals.
• Identify and correct production issues; ensure processes and policies are followed.
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and process orders; run reports as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Operate motorized forklift and drive equipment as required.
