Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead a defined area in the distribution center, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient operations. You will develop and train a cross-trained team, coordinating with CI and IT to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Dept. provides accurate, prompt deliveries to internal and external customers.
• Direct all Dept. functions: receiving, movement, freight shipments, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, safety.
• Coordinate with Continuous Improvement Manager and DC Industrial Engineers on capital improvements.
