AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring for a hands-on production role in Wisconsin. You will operate all area machines and tools, read sales orders, and cut raw materials to precise dimensions according to work orders.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to timelines, collaborating on metrics for safety, quality, delivery and cost, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced team setting. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length.
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.

Shift:

• 12 hours
• 1st or 2nd shift available, flexible hours
