Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a hardworking, team-oriented production associate to join our manufacturing plant. You will be cross-trained across operations and participate in continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.

The role offers 12-hour shifts (1st or 2nd) with opportunities for advancement, training, and bonuses. You will read work orders, operate standard tools, and collaborate with teammates to meet timelines and cost targets while

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a work order.
• Understanding technical drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard hand tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate all machines or tools in the area, e.g., drill presses, miters, and table saws.
• Read and execute sales orders to prepare raw material by cutting to width and length.
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
• Collaborate with team on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment

Shift

• 12 hours
• 1st or 2nd shift available, flexible hours
