Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking a hands-on team member for our production and manufacturing facility. You will be cross-trained across processes with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Responsibilities include operating drills, miters, and table saws, reading work orders, and cutting raw material to exact width and length while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders.
• Understanding technical drawings/schematics is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring!We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Team. You can expect to be cross-trained throughout the production and manufacturing plant. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but is not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length.
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift:

• 12 hours
• 1st or 2nd shift available, flexible hours
