Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role features 12-hour shifts with options for day or night schedules, and a starting pay of $21–$25 per hour. A $1,250 sign-on bonus is paid in installments and retention bonus opportunities exist.

You will assist with machine setups, perform quality checks, and help meet production goals. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and on-the-job training, including

• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
