AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring for manufacturing roles in De Pere, Wisconsin. We offer flexible days or nights shifts and 8, 10, or 12 hour options to fit your schedule.

Join our A- Team to contribute to efficient production with safety and quality at the forefront. Expected duties include operating and maintaining power tools, reading blueprints, cutting materials to specs, assembling components, and ensuring accurate orders while collaborating with teammates to meet delivery and

• Ability to read blueprints, work orders and cut sheets.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, quality, delivery and cost standards.

Shift:

We offer flexible shifts!

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation:

$18-$25/hour

Yearly bonus payouts

Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws

Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents

Assemble materials according to specifications

Accurately fulfill and complete orders

Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Requirements

• Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required
• Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
• Keep a safe and clean environment
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to AmeriLux Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards
