Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking team members for operating heavy-duty power tools and performing material cutting to precise specifications. This role requires blueprint literacy, accurate measurement, and reliable order fulfillment.

You will read blueprints and work orders, assemble materials, and collaborate with teammates to meet safety and production goals. A commitment to quality and adaptability across shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders and production documents.
• Operate and maintain power tools to specification.
• Read/use a tape measure accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, delivery and cost standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.

Shift: We offer flexible shifts!

Days or nights. 8, 10 or 12 hours.

Compensation: $18-$25/hour

*Yearly bonus payouts

Operate and maintain power tools such as drill presses, miter saws, and table saws

Cut materials to precise specifications using cut sheets

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents

Assemble materials according to specifications

Accurately fulfill and complete orders

Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals

Ability to use a variety of hand a power tools - a plus but not required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders and/or cut sheets - a plus but not required

Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately

Keep a safe and clean environment

Ability to regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
