Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Florida seeks a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst to coordinate the use, maintenance, and upgrading of personal computers, mobile devices, and LAN components across a multi-bureau office.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software problems, evaluating new technology, maintaining inventory, and serving as the liaison between IT and area office staff; travel may be required and weekend/holiday work could occur.

Qualifications

1 year of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, and network connectivity.
1 year of experience troubleshooting mobile devices.
1 year of experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
1 year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
1 year of experience with Microsoft Office 2016/365.

Responsibilities

Coordinate use, maintenance, and upgrading of PCs, mobile devices, and LAN components.
Resolve hardware and software problems for area offices.
Assist in evaluating software/hardware to improve efficiency.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all personal computers.
Serve as liaison between IT and area office staff on day-to-day PC operations.
