Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst to coordinate the use, maintenance, and upgrading of PCs, mobile devices, and networked devices within a multi-bureau office. The role reports to the System Project Administrator and resolves hardware/software issues.

Minimum qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, VPN, Active Directory, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

One year of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, and network connectivity issues.
One year of experience troubleshooting mobile devices.
One year of experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
One year of experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11.
One year of experience with Microsoft Office 2016/365.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the use, maintenance, and upgrading of PCs, mobile devices, and networked devices.
Resolve or coordinate resolution of equipment and software problems.
Assist area office management in evaluating software/hardware for efficiency.
Install, configure, administer, and maintain area office hardware/software and LAN components.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all PCs and ensure regular network connections.
