CVS Health Corporation is seeking an accomplished Distinguished Engineer to lead AI security and infrastructure security across the enterprise. You will design reusable security patterns, drive governance, and provide hands-on engineering to secure AI lifecycles from data to deployment.

The role requires deep expertise in AI security, risk management, and Zero Trust, with collaboration across security, legal, and engineering teams to shape enterprise standards and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of AI experience, including senior security/architectural roles.
• 5+ years defining and integrating security standards and controls.
• Deep expertise in AI security concepts: adversarial ML, secure deployment, AI risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• AI Security Leadership: define and drive enterprise AI security strategy and governance.
• Infrastructure security: apply Zero Trust to hybrid/cloud AI workloads.
• Framework development: build reusable AI security patterns and guardrails.
• Security assessments: perform hands-on evaluations and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder collaboration: advise data science, platform, and legal teams on security.
