CVS Health is seeking an AI & Agentic Security Architect to lead security design and policy enforcement for AI-enabled applications and agentic systems. You will establish secure patterns, assess risks, and guide cross-functional teams in implementing responsible AI safeguards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in application security, and a track record of elevating security maturity across complex platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, and securing large-scale applications and platforms.
• 7+ years in application security, threat modeling, secure design, vulnerability management.
• 5+ years developing and securing AI/ML workloads, including generative AI and agentic workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of application and AI security policies, standards, and guardrails.
• Architect secure designs for AI-enabled systems, including LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines, and tool-using workflows.
• Influence engineering and product teams to embed secure practices and align with compliance and responsible AI initiatives.
• Lead security testing and risk assessments for AI-enabled systems and pipelines.
