Job summary

Sazerac invites you to join our growing distillery operations as a Distillery Coordinator, coordinating production data, inventory transactions, and regulatory records to keep processes compliant and efficient.

You will link operations, inventory, logistics, and compliance, with exposure to multiple business areas and opportunities to implement process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in inventory control or logistics; ERP/MRP/WMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and inventory transactions including bookings and reconciliations.
• Maintain records for regulatory compliance, inventory control and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor setup, PO processing, invoice review and shipment docs.
• Analyze data to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support logistics activities including tanker receiving and bills of lading.
