Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environments.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distillery operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute production schedules while managing raw materials and supplies.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Coach, develop, and lead production team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
