Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Distillery Production Planner / Scheduler to align production, aging, and inventory with business goals. You will develop schedules, plan raw materials and barrels, and partner with operations to support growth at the distillery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing, plus experience with ERP/MRP/MPS/WMS systems. Familiarity with System21 is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, or related manufacturing.
Experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or similar systems.
Familiarity with System21 or similar ERP platforms.
Experience with database queries, reporting tools, AS400 environments, or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production and aging schedules to support distillery operations and long-term inventory goals.
Plan raw material, ingredient, and barrel requirements to ensure production demands are met efficiently.
Manage barrel selection and warehouse planning activities to support quality standards and production targets.
Analyze inventory, production, and operational data to identify risks, improve planning accuracy, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure timely execution of production plans.
