Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Distillery Production Planner / Scheduler to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain production and aging schedules, plan raw materials, ingredients, and barrels, and ensure alignment with business goals across the distillery.

Collaborating with cross‑functional operations teams, you will optimize inventory, manage warehouse planning, analyze data for risks, and support timely execution of production plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations or related manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and aging schedules to support distillery operations and long-term inventory goals.
• Plan raw material, ingredient, and barrel requirements to ensure production demands are met.
• Manage barrel selection and warehouse planning to support quality standards and production targets.
• Analyze inventory, production, and operational data to identify risks and improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely execution of production plans.
