Job summary

Sazerac Company is hiring a Distillery Coordinator to join our growing distillery operations. You will be the key link between operations, inventory, logistics, and compliance, ensuring production data and regulatory records are accurate and up to date.

The role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and opportunities to contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency across the site. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related environment
• ERP/MRP/WMS experience preferred
• Experience in a distillery, food and beverage, manufacturing, or regulated production environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage production and inventory transactions, including distillery production bookings, inventory reconciliations, and raw material receipts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory compliance, inventory control, and operational reporting.
• Coordinate commercial activities such as vendor setup, purchase order processing, invoice review, and shipment documentation.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Support logistics activities including tanker receiving, shipment tracking, bills of lading, and inventory-related processes.

Job Description/Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related environment.

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP, MRP, WMS, or other manufacturing systems.
• Previous compliance related experience
• Experience in a distillery, food and beverage, manufacturing, or regulated production environment.
