Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage production and inventory transactions and reconcile records.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor setup, purchase orders, invoicing, and shipment docs.
• Analyze data to improve reporting accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Support logistics activities including tanker receiving and bills of lading.
