Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Distillery Production Planner / Scheduler to align production, aging, and inventory plans with business goals at our Kentucky distillery. You will ensure materials, barrels, and resources are available at the right times to support current production and future growth.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in planning or related roles, with hands-on experience in ERP/MRP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or related manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and aging schedules to support distillery operations and long-term inventory goals.
• Plan raw material, ingredient, and barrel requirements to meet production demands.
• Manage barrel selection and warehouse planning to support quality targets.
• Analyze inventory, production, and operations data to identify risks and improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely execution of plans.
