Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts Inc in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Dissolution Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for dissolution, deannexation, title-clearance, owner-voting, deed-processing, distribution, and closeout activities.

Under the VP of Resort Operations, you will maintain accurate owner and title records, manage document workflows, and support communications with owners, boards, partners and internal teams, while handling sensitive information with

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, professional individual providing exemplary customer service to guests, owners, management and associates.
• HS diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration, real estate, title services, legal administration, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years administrative, data-entry, document-processing, title, real estate, escrow, hospitality, owner-service, or project-support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resort dissolution and deannexation projects with task lists and calendars.
• Enter, update, and reconcile owner, interval, title, and project information.
• Prepare routine deeds, owner correspondence, recording packages, and related materials.
• Support owner outreach via email, mail, and phone; track responses.
• Provide scheduling and follow-up for communications with legal counsel, title companies, county offices, and partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of owner, financial, legal, and project information.
