Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in Disputes, Fraud, Banking, or related field.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispute Filing: Accurately file dispute claims and capture account data.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and filings.
• Risk Assessment & Compliance: Initial risk review per UCC, Reg E/Z.
• Escalation: Escalate issues to leadership with recommendations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and issue resolution.
• Training & Guidelines: Follow guidelines and escalate exceptions to supervisor.
