Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit card disputes processing, investigations or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Completes manual adjustments, provides support to the Disputes production team, and assists with special projects as needed.
• Reviews disputed transactions to identify trends for partner education and identifying potential Risk Supervision Entities (RSE).
• Discusses identified trends—in conjunction with Dispute Policy and Operating Regulations—and communicates root cause analysis with observations and recommendations on best practices for reducing dispute volume on Partner Review calls.
• Compiles reports and performs in-depth dispute case reviews for identified partners.
