Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Dispute Analytics Representative to monitor dispute volumes and analyze trends. The role collaborates with Global Network partners to reduce dispute ratios, manage risk, and report findings to management.

The position supports the disputes production team and performs in-depth reviews of cases for identified partners. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in credit card disputes analytics, with a preference for a degree in business/finance/marketing and 4+ years of

  • Compiles reports and performs in-depth dispute case reviews for identified partners.

Job description

The Dispute Analytics Representative is responsible for monitoring and analyzing dispute volumes to identify and research emerging trends. A core focus involves collaboration with Global Network partners to implement strategies aimed at reducing dispute ratios as well as actively managing and evaluating risk and customer‑impacting issues, ensuring that all findings are accurately reported to management.

Basic Qualifications

    Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
