Job summary

SpaceXSI seeks a Dispute Analyst for our Risk Operations team to investigate and resolve customer disputes across P2P, debit/credit, and ACH channels. You will assess claims, manage provisional credits, and ensure compliance with Regulation E, NACHA, and network rules.

You'll collaborate with Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver timely, fair resolutions while minimizing business risk. Strong written communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling disputes involving debit or credit card transactions.
• Strong written communication and ability to draft compliant case notes.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer disputes across P2P, debit/credit, and ACH channels.
• Validate chargeback rights and ensure documentation is complete before disputing with networks.
• Manage provisional credits and adhere to Regulation E timelines and NACHA rules.
• Maintain detailed case documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support to resolve cases.
• Respond to representments, pre-arbitration, and final decisions; escalate as needed.
• Monitor dispute aging and meet deadlines for filings and communications.
• Provide clear resolution updates to customers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and provide insights for process improvements.
