Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email.
• Address login issues, card usage, transaction status, and settings.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and educate customers on features and policies.
• Handle disputes and fraud claims with accuracy; escalate when needed.
• Document interactions in the CRM; ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify recurring issues and flag improvements with teams.
