Floor & Decor in New York, NY is seeking a Display Builder to design, build and maintain store product displays. The role is full-time or part-time with a base hourly pay and opportunities for higher starting pay based on experience.

You will create 20–25 displays per week, collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist, and plan monthly display calendars while upholding safety and company policies. This position offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to abide by safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in woodworking, tile setting, use of power tools, measuring tools, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
