Job summary

Green Bay Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our MAT dispensing team in Green Bay, WI. You will dispense medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate MAR records in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will spend most of your time on medication administration, with some duties in specimen collection, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Per diem shifts offer mornings with early end times to support patient recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in WI with CPR certification.
• 1 year nursing experience in behavioral health or outpatient treatment preferred.
• Experience with MAT/outpatient recovery preferred.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Skilled in blood draws and specimen collection.
• Proficient with EMR and clinical software.
• Monitor vitals and document patient progress.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records promptly and accurately.
• Maintain inventory of medication stock and records per DEA, FDA and other regulators.
• Maintain precise accounting of all medication received and dispensed to patients.
• Dedicate approximately 90% of work hours to medication administration; rest may be assigned to other duties.
• Conduct and process urine and/or blood samples, read results, complete intake assessments, monitor patient outcomes.
• Complete all documentation for procedures per clinic standards.
• May transport medication or work on a CTC Mobile Unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
