Raleigh Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an LPN Dispensing Nurse for an Outpatient MAT OTP. You will dispense doses under Medical Director supervision and document patient responses and progress in a fast-paced recovery setting.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree with 1 year in behavioral health. LPN license in NC or compact license is required; 90% focus on medication administration with supportive team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health/outpatient treatment.
• No history of alcohol or other drug misuse for 3 years before employment.

Responsibilities

• Works under supervision of Medical Director and Clinic Director.
• Prepares and administers medication as ordered accurately and timely.
• Maintains accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
• Charts medication administration in nursing notes in a timely manner.
• Documents nursing care and maintains patient progress records.
• Safekeeping of all medication stock and required records (DEA, FDA, ADP).
• Dedicates 90% of scheduled hours to medication administration; 10% for other duties.
• Responsible for urine collection, test reading, and forms involved in procedures.
