Sheboygan Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Sheboygan, WI, part of Acadia Healthcare, seeks an LPN Dispensing Nurse (PRN). Responsibilities include medication preparation and administration, documentation, and inventory control in a recovery-focused setting.

Schedule emphasizes mornings with early shift starts. Prior outpatient or MAT experience is preferred. CPR certification and WI LPN/LVN license required. Equal opportunity employer. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field.
• Experience in outpatient treatment programs and MAT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director while maintaining professional standards of care.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered accurately and timely.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records.
• Ensure safekeeping and accurate inventory of all medication stock and records as required by regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
• Dedicate approximately 90% of work hours to medication administration; remaining time for other duties as directed.
• Process urine and/or blood samples, read test results, complete intake assessments, monitor patient outcomes.
• Complete all documentation for procedures accurately and per clinic standards.
• May transport medication to other locations or work on a CTC Mobile Unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
