Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS operations.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of state/local cannabis laws and regulations and SOPs.
• Must comply with regulatory requirements for cannabis industry work.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train others.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions.
• Consult customers to ensure informed product choices based on consumption method.
• Delegate tasks during shifts: cash handling, POS data entry, inventory data entry.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and ensure security measures.
• Maintain organized and clean store and manage visitor logs.
• Send end-of-day updates and ensure vault accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle daily activities, maintenance, and issue data collection.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and onboarding of new staff.
