Job summary

Dutchess Cannabis is seeking a Dispensary Manager In Training to learn retail store sales, operations and leadership. You will guide associate development, oversee onboarding and training, and drive customer experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes managing inventory, executing promotions, and leading store-level financial performance in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing single or multiple locations with P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities and composure.
• Treats people with respect, keeps commitments and acts with integrity.
• Adheres to regulatory, safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates.
• Drive desired behaviors across all roles and manage onboarding/training.
