Job summary

GrowHealthy seeks a Store Manager in Florida to lead the dispensary’s patient-centric service and sales culture. You will own store strategy, drive profitability, and work with security to ensure safety and compliance.

Reporting to Retail Operations, you will manage staff, recruit, train, and execute merchandising, operations, and community outreach to support GrowHealthy's growth in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of exceptional leadership, management, communication and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment.
• Must possess the ability to use POS register system and basic computer tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach employees to create a patient-centric environment and drive patient retention.
• Deliver exceptional patient service by listening, following up, and ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including inventory, reporting, and packaging.
