GrowHealthy is seeking a Dispensary Lead in Cape Coral, FL to champion patient care and supervise daily dispensary operations. You will guide staff, ensure accurate order processing, and uphold compliance while driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 21+ years old, hospitality/retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems. Competitive pay starts at $17 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 2+ year customer service
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction.
• Recognize and respond to patients with care and compassion.
• Maintain confidentiality with patient information and interactions.
• Multi-task, think critically and resolve problems quickly.
• Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and deduct from OMMUR.
• Keep current with company policies and procedures.
• Open or close the dispensary (key holder).
• Balance cash and product inventory during daily closing.
