Job summary

GrowHealthy is seeking a Store Manager for our Florida dispensary to lead the patient-first service culture and drive sales and profitability. You will develop store strategies, manage operations, and partner with Security to ensure safety and compliance across the floor.

The role reports to Retail Operations and requires at least 4 years of leadership in a customer-focused environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; leadership and training experience in customer-centric sales.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership/management experience in retail or similar.
• Experience using POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to deliver a patient-centric customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and maintain store operations to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
